He attended theBickleton Presbyterian Church and was a member of the Soil and WaterConservation, Alder Creek Pioneer Picnic Association, Klickitat CountyCattlemen's (in 1987 he was the Klickitat County Cattlemen of the year),IOOF Lodge-Bickleton, Alder Creek Grange (member and Past Master). Hevolunteered and retired from the Bickleton Fire Department. He will benoted for his charitable contributions to First Love Ranches, Red Cross,and many others.
Paul married Nellie Roberts on Oct. 23, 1930, and together they shared64 years. He was preceded in death by wife, Nellie, in 1994; son, RobertE Miller; and granddaughter, Roberta J Wright. Survivors include hischildren, Ina Marvel of Goldendale; Donald D Miller of Prosser; Dean LMiller of Bickleton; Ray E Miller, of Bickleton; Irene K Wright of Nampa,Idaho, and Melvin M Miller of Kennewick; 16 grandchildren and 32 greatgrandchildren. Nieces and nephews, Edna Parrish, Alice Green, JudyHolland, Roy Miller and Roy Libey are also surviving.
